SASCOC lauds Oscar Pistorius on Laureus award

South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (SASCOC) president Gideon Sam congratulated "blade runner" Oscar Pistorius on Tuesday for winning the 2012 Laureus World sportsperson of the year award.
