David Rudisha of Kenya broke his own World record in the 800m clocking 1:40.91 at the Olympic Stadium in London last night in what may go down in history as the finest performance ever at an Olympic Games, with World junior champion, Nijel Amos, taking a first Games silver medal in 1:41.73 for Botswana.
