Ethiopian Ayele Abshero, the 2012 World Marathon Leader, will face Haile Gebrselassie (Ethiopia) and Patrick Makau (Kenya), the past and present incumbents of the title, at the Bupa Great Manchester Run on Sunday May 20th.
