Le Marathon International des Oliviers de Sfax gets AIMS membership

International Olive Trees Marathon / Marathon International des Oliviers de Sfax.

Le Marathon International des Oliviers de Sfax, [link id=”85″ tax=”category” text=”Tunisia”] have been granted the associate membership of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) effective in 2013.

The membership approval was communicated by the AIMS President, Paco Borao, to the Marathon Sfax organisers led by Messrs Naamen Bouhamed and M. Ahmed Oueslati.

“I am pleased to inform you that your application for the Marathon International des Oliviers de Sfax to become an AIMS Associate member has been accepted, effective in 2013,” said Borao.

“I wish you and your team a great success for your race and hope that our Association will be an important contributor to this success.”

The second edition of the International Olive Trees Marathon / Marathon International des Oliviers de Sfax will be held in Sfax City, Tunisia from Saturday 14 to Sunday 15 December, 2013.
