Nigeria’s Blessing Okagbare spoke with the IAAF tv after winning the silver medal in women’s Long Jump at the 14th IAAF World Championships in Athletics in Moscow, Russia.

She said her plan is to stay more focused and not panic ahead of the 100m Semis and finals on Monday.
